Are your products 100% vegan?

Yes! It is very important to us that all of our ingredients are plant-based or naturally derived from our Earth. 

Do you offer custom or wholesale orders?

Yes and yes. If you are interested in placing custom or wholesale orders, please email us at hello@jirosoap.com. 

Are your products 100% natural and cruelty-free?

We try to use as many natural products as possible. However, in some of our products we do use synthetic blend skin-safe colourants and fragrances. We do offer 100% natural products that are labelled accordingly in the product descriptions. We do not test on animals, only willing humans (i.e./ friends and family)! We source our ingredients from suppliers that are also vegan and cruelty-free.

Why do some of my products look different than the website?

All of our products are handmade in small batches so some products will have differences. There will be variations in size and appearance because it is handmade but that’s what makes it even more special and unique! Also, product colours may be subject to change over time.

How can I do a patch test?

Take a small amount of the product and apply it to crook of your elbow or on your wrist. Clean and dry the area, and then cover it with a bandage.

Leave the area unwashed for 48 hours, watching for redness, itchiness, flaking, rash, pain, or any other signs of allergic reaction.

If there is a reaction, immediately remove the bandage and wash the area on you skin. If there is no reaction after 48 hours, the soap is probably safe to use.
